Apple iPhone3G in India and Different plans from AirTel and Vodafone

Apple has released iPhone3G in India. One can purchase Apple iPhone3G from AirTel or from Vodafone in India. AirTel offers Apple iPhone3G 8 GB (Black) for Rs 31000 and Apple iPhone3G 16 GB (White & Black) for Rs 36100 on the other hand Vodafone offers Apple iPhone3G 8 GB (Black) for 30800 and Apple iPhone3G 16 GB (White & Black) for 36000 approximately. Coming to the data plans that Airtel offers first 500MB for free and from 500MB they are charging 30p/50kb and Vodafone offers four different plans for postpaid and named as iPhone 799 plan, iPhone 999 plan, iPhone 499 plan, iPhone 699 plan. These plans having limits on the amount of data transfer as first 250Mb, 600MB, 250MB and 600MB free on the iPhone 799 plan, iPhone 999 plan, iPhone 499 plan, iPhone 699 plan respectively. By exceeding the limit one has to pay for further data transfer depending on the plan.
